Tara Nowakhtar, MD, MSCP

Dr. Tara Nowakhtar is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) with a passion for providing comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Dr. Nowakhtar’s clinical expertise includes women’s health, perimenopause and menopause care, individualized treatment approaches. With over eight years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, she is dedicated to helping women navigate midlife health with personalized, patient-centered care.

She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and, while based in Los Angeles, provides telehealth care to patients in Florida through Curate Medical.

Kristen Sramek, MD MSCP

Dr. Kristen Sramek is a board-certified family medicine physician and Menopause Society Certified Provider (MSCP) with a career-long passion for women's health across every stage of life.

Dr. Sramek's clinical expertise spans proactive primary care, evidence-based hormonal and non-hormonal approaches to perimenopause and menopause, metabolic health and weight care, mental health, lifestyle and nutrition, and sexual health.

She earned her MD from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and her BA from Dartmouth College, where she competed as a Division I soccer player.

Sandra Pyda, MD

Dr. Sandra Pyda is a board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for women’s health, menopause care, metabolic health, and cancer survivorship.

Dr. Pyda’s clinical expertise includes perimenopause and menopause care, hormone and non-hormonal treatment approaches, metabolic health and weight management, and survivorship support for women experiencing the lasting effects of cancer treatment. Her approach is informed by both her clinical experience and personal journey as a breast cancer survivor, giving her a unique understanding of the physical and emotional challenges many women face during survivorship.

She earned her medical degree from the Medical University of Warsaw and currently serves as a hospitalist and teaching physician for family medicine residents of UCF at HCA North Florida Hospital.
