The Curate Membership is our highest value service, integrating menopause care, mental health, primary care, prevention, and chronic disease management in a single membership — with no appointment copays and easy access to your team for care plan updates between appointments. The Curate Membership gives you peace of mind by guaranteeing direct access a team that knows your full story and serves as your first point of contact, coordinating all aspects of your care. We stay connected with members through secure messaging, phone calls, care coordination, and video visits, and direct you to in-person services in your community whenever needed.

We also offer By-Appointment Care for those who need more punctual access to expert guidance in menopause care, metabolic and weight care, or breast cancer survivorship care. You are able to schedule appointments as needed throughout the year to advance your care plan, and our team’s expertise will service as a complement to the routine care you receive in your community.

To further expand access to menopause-informed care, we are curating a state-wide network of care partners across medical specialities as well as providers listings in mental and pelvic health that have a demonstrated commitment to meeting our patients’ needs.
