A comprehensive 1.5 hour initial onboarding appointment
45-minute virtual follow-up visits (self-bookable online)
Phone check-ins with your provider, as needed
Responsive messaging through the patient portal
Proactive, menopause-informed primary care and guidance on common midlife concerns
Evidence-based screening recommendations (including breast cancer risk assessment, Apo(a) screening, and cardiometabolic support)
